    At the Public House kept by James Cowgill, in Kirkheaton, near Huddersfield, on Wednesday the 26th Day of July next, between the Hours of Three and Seven in the Afternoon, pursuant to Conditions to be there produced.

    A Freehold Estate, in Kirkburton, near Huddersfield, consisting of a Messuage, in Three Dwellings, severally inhabited by John Lee, Hannah Hill, and Sarah Boocock, with upwards of Eighteen Days Work of good Land belonging thereto, lying in Kirkburton aforesaid, occupied by Mr. Thomas Dickinson.
